1、繼承法係為規範基於身分關係對於因繼承所生財產上之權利義務關係。一方面尊重被繼承人生 前之意志與人格權及財產權；一方面確保繼承人之生存權、人格權、平等權；再者，亦應兼顧債權人之財產利益及社會交易安全等權益。其涵蓋之範圍甚廣，舉凡身分關係之認定、被繼承人生前意志之確定、繼承人的繼承資格、繼承權之行使、遺產之分割等。均屬本課程學習之課題。
2、本課程介紹收養法，婚生子女與非婚生子女就繼承等權益上之區別，監護及輔助宣告制度及受監護及輔助宣告者之遺囑能力等相關法律。並就繼承權、遺產繼承人、代位繼承、喪失繼承權、繼承之標的、共同繼承、繼承人之限定責任、拋棄繼承、法定單純承認、遺囑、遺贈與特留分等專業概念與基礎理論為說明；以啟發同學的學習興趣，吸收專業知識與基礎理論。
3、本課程配合課程主題，並就相關大法官會議解釋的核心概念及其內涵、相關法規、特別法、程序法等為說明，以利專業概念之高度深化與比較。舉如：大法官會議解釋第437號、502號、668號、712號、728號、771號等；繼承編施行法、台灣地區與大陸地區人民關係條例、祭祀公業條例、身心障礙者權利公約施行法、兒童及少年福利與權益保障法、身心障礙者權益保障法、老人福利法、公證法、家事事件法、家事事件審理細則等法規為說明.1. The inheritance of the law is based on the identity relationship to the rights and interests of the property generated by the inheritance. On the one hand, respect the will, personality and property rights of the inherited life; on the other hand, ensure the survival, personality and equal rights of the inheritor; on the other hand, it should also protect the property interests of the debtor and the security of social transactions. It covers a wide range of identity, the determination of the will of the inherited person before his life, the inheritor's inheritance qualification, the exercise of inheritance rights, and the division of inheritance. All belong to the subject of this course learning.
2. This course introduces the fertilization method, the differences between children born in marriage and children born out of wedlock are related to the rights of the protection and assistance declaration system and the ability of those who are under supervision and assistance declaration. It also explains professional concepts and basic theories such as inheritance, inheritance of inheritance, subrogation, loss of inheritance, joint inheritance, limited responsibility, abandonment, statutory unit pure acceptance, reliance, reward and special points; to create learning interest of classmates and absorb professional knowledge and basic theories.
3. This course is in line with the theme of the course and explains the core concepts and their connotations, relevant laws, special laws, procedural laws, etc. to the relevant justice meetings to facilitate the high deepening and comparison of professional concepts. For example, the Supreme Court Session explains No. 437, No. 502, No. 668, No. 712, No. 728, No. 771, etc.; the inheritance and implementation law, the People's Relations Rules in Taiwan and Mainland Regions, the Public Sacrifices, the Public Contract for the Rights of Persons with Disabilities, the Welfare and Rights Protection Law for Children and Youths, the Protection Law for the Rights of Persons with Disabilities, the Protection Law for the Protection of Persons with Disabilities, the Welfare of the Elderly, the Public Certification Law, the Family Incident Law, and the Review of Family Incidents and other laws for explanation.
某人死亡時，其一切的權利義務，須於一定秩序外，有人為之受；而其生前所扶養的親屬或家屬，為維持生活，乃須依賴遺產。本課程即在研討繼承關係及遺產繼承等諸問題，民法繼承之規定。
When a person dies, all his rights and interests must be taken by someone outside of a certain order; and the dependents or family members he supported during his lifetime must be borne by their own family in order to maintain their lives. This course discusses the issues of inheritance and inheritance, and the provisions of the Civil Law inheritance.
