促進身心健康(一)瞭解游泳規則並培養良好的運動習慣。
(二)能實際下水，享受游泳樂趣 。
(三)認識游泳基本動作及自我正確練習方法。
(四)對游泳運動的認識及學習游泳基本技能，奠定生涯體育的基礎。
(五)了解基本的體適能概念及游泳運動安全相關知識。
(六)了解游泳運動的概況、培養對游泳運動的興趣及欣賞。

Promote physical and mental health (I) Understand swimming rules and cultivate good sports habits.
(2) Be able to actually go into the water and enjoy the fun of swimming.
(III) Understand the basic swimming movements and self-correct practice methods.
(IV) Understand swimming sports and learn basic swimming skills, laying the foundation for career sports.
(V) Understand basic concepts of physical fitness and knowledge related to swimming sports safety.
