教育目標 Course Target
目標：協助並引導同學查找及研讀英美法案例。於查找及研讀案例中，熟悉法學電子資料庫運用、英美法律用語及案例摘要寫作。
內涵：法學電子資料庫運用、案例摘要寫作、英美法案例研讀、本國法律中英對照詞彙
Target: Assist and guide students to find and study British and American law cases. In searching and studying cases, be familiar with the use of legal electronic databases, British and American legal languages and case summary writing.
Connotation: use of legal electronic databases, case summary writing, study of British and American law cases, Chinese and English contrast words of national laws
課程概述 Course Description
本課程主以普通法(Common Law)及美國法之法學英文與案件閱讀暨摘要研析為介紹.
透過美國重要案例,了解基本人權,正當程序,侵權,契約等相關之專有名詞與基本概念.
This course mainly introduces the English and case study of Common Law and American Law.
Through important cases in the United States, we can understand the special nouns and basic concepts related to basic human rights, proper procedures, infringement, contracts, etc.
