本課程之目標在於使同學能深入了解英文法學用語、培養學生對美國法整體架構之基本認識，並具備搜尋、閱讀、分析英文法律文獻資料之能力。本課程將以講授、討論、或提問辯答方式並行，由授課老師引導同學討論當週指定之教材內容。每週並要求學生分組以英文報告當週法學相關時事，以學習如何蒐尋、分析、並整理英文法律用語。
本課程同時將配合本課程各階段之進度，要求同學完成指定之研究作業。

The goal of this course is to enable students to have an in-depth understanding of English law language, cultivate students' basic understanding of the overall structure of American law, and to have the ability to search, read and analyze English legal document data. This course will be taught, discussed, or asked questions and answers, and the teaching teacher will guide the students to discuss the content of the textbooks specified during the week. Every week, students are required to report on relevant legal affairs during the week in English to learn how to cure, analyze, and organize English legal language.
This course will also cooperate with the progress of each stage of this course, and students are required to complete the designated research work.

本課程主以普通法(Common Law)及美國法之法學英文與案件閱讀暨摘要研析為介紹.
透過美國重要案例,了解基本人權,正當程序,侵權,契約等相關之專有名詞與基本概念.

This course mainly introduces the English and case study of Common Law and American Law.
Through important cases in the United States, we can understand the special nouns and basic concepts related to basic human rights, proper procedures, infringement, contracts, etc.
