藉由讓學生動手操作實驗以加深並印證課本教導的知識，進一步對有機化學課程產生興趣。課程內容包含化合物的製備、分離純化到結構與純度鑑定，並同時了解實驗室相關安全規則。在實驗過程中，學生可以熟悉實驗器材的架設及操作方法，同時訓練觀察實驗現象並歸納分析數據的能力。

By allowing students to conduct hands-on experiments to deepen and confirm the knowledge taught in the textbook, they can further develop their interest in organic chemistry courses. The course content covers the preparation, separation and purification of compounds to structure and purity identification, while also understanding the relevant laboratory safety rules. During the experiment, students can become familiar with the setup and operation of experimental equipment, and at the same time train their ability to observe experimental phenomena and summarize and analyze data.

有機化學實驗的目在於訓練學生利用實驗操作、現象觀察、化合物的製備、分離純化到鑑定的過程，經過思考、總結及歸納形成對有機化學反應、化合物的性質、結構產生一定程度的相關知識，並使這些知識能與課本理論相互呼應、驗證、結合，透過實驗反覆練習，來增進學生手、眼、心合一，加深對有機化學課程的興趣及了解。

The purpose of organic chemistry experiments is to train students to use experimental operations, phenomenon observation, compound preparation, separation, purification and identification processes to formulate understanding of organic chemical reactions, properties and structures of compounds through thinking, summarizing and induction. Generate a certain degree of relevant knowledge, and enable this knowledge to echo, verify, and combine with textbook theories.
