財務管理學基本概念介紹，探討貨幣時間價值、資產評價、公司投資決策(投資、融資與股利決策)準則與資金成本等議題。本課程之目的在於引領同學們了解此三大決策的基本理論，同時搭配實務案例的講解，以讓同學能夠將理論與實務進行連結。更進一步地，本課程將介紹三大決策彼此之間的關聯性，又它們是如何相互影響的，讓同學們建立未來財務課程的概念。Introduction to the basic concepts of financial management, and discuss issues such as currency time value, asset evaluation, company investment decisions (investment, financing and dividend decisions) standards and fund costs. The purpose of this course is to guide students to understand the basic theories of these three major decisions, and to combine the explanation of practical cases so that students can connect theoretical discussions with practices. Further, this course will introduce the relationship between the three major decisions and how they influence each other, allowing students to establish the concept of future financial courses.
鑑於非商管科系學生之學術背景多限於理工農醫學科及一般基礎管理，在投資各種風險日益遽增及金融商品多樣化之環境下從事高層管理，恐嫌不足。本課程乃專為醫學科系專業人士設計，增進其對公司財務分析管理及金融市場之了解，使修習同學能為個人理財投資、公司財務規劃及管理做出明確的決策。
The academic background of non-business management students is mostly limited to science, engineering, agricultural and medical departments and general basic management. It is likely that high-level management is insufficient in the context of increasing investment risks and diversified financial commodities. This course is designed for medical professionals to improve their understanding of corporate financial analysis and management and financial markets, so that students can make clear decisions for personal financial investment, corporate financial planning and management.
