本課程目標在培養進階的供應鏈管理分析人才,由策略與戰略的角度,從計畫、採購、作業管理、物流等結合永續政策發展議題,包含供應鏈風險分析、減碳策略、SCOR分析等主題。課程進行方式除了教師授課、小組討論外,並搭配哈佛模擬軟體進行決策演練,學生可及時獲得模擬軟體的回饋,立即得到決策的有效性。The goal of this course is to cultivate advanced supply chain management analysis talents.
