This course introduces the basic concepts of supply chains, including how they are designed, configured, implemented, and analyzed. Case studies will be discussed to demonstrate the challenges enterprises face in their supply chains and how they address them. The topics include the introduction of supply chain, inventory management, supply chain network design, risk pooling, supply contracts, etc.It introduces the basic concepts and operating models of supply chain design and management. It also uses domestic and foreign cases as a reference to discuss the challenges faced by enterprises in supply chain management. The course content includes introduction to supply chain management, inventory management and risk sharing, supply chain network planning, supply contracts, information value and supply chain integration.
