教育目標 Course Target

運用最新的商業時事進行國際企業營運與內容討論。透過個案內容的描述讓學習者可以把國際企業概念與實際商務操作做結合。

To improve students' listening, speaking, and writing abilities concerning international business subjects by having students analyze various aspects and concepts of management, marketing, advertising, investing, and customer service.
Exposure to a variety of related theories includes: global alliance branding, joint venture learning, competitive advantage, strategic leadership, etc.

Use the latest business affairs to conduct international corporate operations and content discussions. Through the description of the case content, learners can combine the concept of international business with actual business operations.

課程概述 Course Description

透過理論及個案教學,讓學生對跨國企業的運作有充分的瞭解,並熟悉全球化、全球政治與文化環境、海外直接投資、國際企業策略、國際企業組織、海外市場進入策略、全球生產與外包、全球行銷、及全球人力資源管理。

Through theory and plan teaching, students can have a full understanding of the operations of cross-border enterprises, and be familiar with globalization, global politics and cultural environment, overseas direct investment, international corporate strategies, international corporate organizations, overseas market entry strategies, global production and outsourcing, global marketing, and global human resources management.
