本課程強調國際企業的管理與策略面,詳盡且深入的介紹跨國策略之評估、制定、執行,以及重要功能面的管理活動。This course emphasizes the management and strategy aspects of international enterprises, and provides detailed and in-depth introduction to the evaluation, formulation, execution of cross-border strategies, as well as management activities of important functional aspects.
透過理論及個案教學,讓學生對跨國企業的運作有充分的瞭解,並熟悉全球化、全球政治與文化環境、海外直接投資、國際企業策略、國際企業組織、海外市場進入策略、全球生產與外包、全球行銷、及全球人力資源管理。
Through theory and plan teaching, students can have a full understanding of the operation of cross-border enterprises, and be familiar with globalization, global politics and cultural environment, overseas direct investment, international corporate strategies, international corporate organizations, overseas market entry strategies, global production and outsourcing , global marketing, and global human resources management.
