本課程強調國際企業的管理與策略面,詳盡且深入的介紹跨國策略之評估、制定、執行,以及重要功能面的管理活動。This course emphasizes the management and strategy aspects of international enterprises, and provides detailed and in-depth introduction to the evaluation, formulation, execution of cross-border strategies, as well as management activities of important functional aspects.
透過理論及個案教學,讓學生對跨國企業的運作有充分的瞭解,並熟悉全球化、全球政治與文化環境、海外直接投資、國際企業策略、國際企業組織、海外市場進入策略、全球生產與外包、全球行銷、及全球人力資源管理。
Through theory and plan teaching, students can have a full understanding of the operations of cross-border enterprises, and be familiar with globalization, global politics and cultural environment, overseas direct investment, international corporate strategies, international corporate organizations, overseas market entry strategies, global production and outsourcing, global marketing, and global human resources management.
