游泳運動可分為蝶、仰、蛙、自四式,屬全身性運動。學習游泳能促進身體機能的均衡發展,亦能增強肺氣量,同時可訓練全身肌肉協調,提升體適能水準,並享受水上運動的樂趣。
一、使學生習得游泳相關技術並能自救救人。
二、在安全的前提下培養正當水上休閒活動及養成規律運動之習慣。
三、訓練自我心肺耐力功能及體適能之提昇。
四、透過FMS功能性檢測,使學生了解自我身體狀況
五、精進運動知能學習(運動賞析)
Swimming can be divided into four postures: butterfly, back, frog, and self. It is a whole-body exercise. Learning to swim can promote the balanced development of body functions and enhance lung capacity. It can also train muscle coordination throughout the body, improve physical fitness, and enjoy the fun of water sports.
1. Enable students to learn swimming-related skills and be able to save themselves and others.
2. Develop legitimate water leisure activities and develop regular exercise habits under the premise of safety.
3. Train yourself to improve your cardiorespiratory endurance function and physical fitness.
4. Through FMS functional testing, students can understand their physical condition
5. Improve sports knowledge and ability learning (sports appreciation)
