本課程透過以實務為主導入理論應用,適合先前從未上過健身房或是有肌力訓練經驗都可以參與,透過這門課,認識健身房的設備與安全進行健身,並了解自身身體活動表現。目的希望由身體控制能力之學習入門,依序進入肌耐力、肌肥大、力量訓練、爆發力訓練之應用。培養學生重量、肌力訓練正確的觀念。讓學生了解訓練課程設計之安排原則,運動能量系統與訓練強度之對應關係,訓練動作對應肌群。This course is mainly guided into theoretical application, suitable for those who have never visited the gym or have experience in muscle training. Through this course, you can understand the gym equipment and exercise safely, and understand your own physical activities. The purpose is to enter the door from the learning of body control ability, and to enter the applications of muscle endurance, muscle hypertrophy, strength training, and explosive training in sequence. Cultivate students' correct concept of weight and muscle strength. Let students understand the principles of training course design, the relationship between the sports energy system and the training strength, and train the movement to the muscle groups.
