教育目標 Course Target

讓學生身體力行感受心肺、肌力與柔軟度進訓練,將理論呈現於實際操作 建立學生正確的教學流程,並能正確控制身體的,正確示範教學動作的細節。 學習如何尊重人體、體會運動效益與得到相對回饋,用正確的健康體適能訓練理論實現與操作落實在生活中 學會評估己的健康體適能,進而利用心肺訓練、阻力訓練與柔軟度訓練來規劃自己的運動課程處方。 課程中加入運動傷害預防、基礎營養學、體重管理與特殊族群運動課程學習,讓學生有能力設計出合宜的運動處方與訓練指導。Let students practice the heart, lungs, muscle strength and softness in physical practice, present the theoretical discussion in actual operation Establish correct teaching procedures for students and can correctly control the body, and accurately show the details of teaching actions. Learn how to respect the human body, and get corresponding feedback, and use correct health and fitness to train theoretical practice and operation to implement it in life The school evaluates its health and uses cardiopulmonary training, resistance training and soft training to plan its own sports course prescriptions. The course is added to the course to prevent sports injuries, basic nutrition, weight management and sports course learning for special ethnic groups, so that students can be able to design appropriate sports treatments and training guidance.
