本課程的教學目的主要想達到下列三個目標：(1) 透過作品的介紹與分析，熟悉中國美術史具有代表性的藝術家與作品。(2) 介紹中國美術史裡的重要議題(issues), 避免傳統教學方式的瑣碎與片段。(3) 從作品的分析與議題的介紹，使得學生能初步理解藝術史學方法，從而能進一步的為日後的深入研究奠基。The teaching purpose of this course is to achieve the following three goals: (1) Through the introduction and analysis of works, become familiar with representative artists and works in the history of Chinese art.
