本課程的目標是讓學生學習網際網路上的商業交易現況與趨勢,瞭解如何運用電子行銷通路進行食品行銷的基本知識,從介紹電子商務運作的各種型態及經營模式,如何進行數位行銷的方式,及如何蒐集交易資訊,運用大數據方式進行雲端運算等議題,激發學生進行電子商務應用之能力。The purpose of this course is to let students learn the current situation and trends of business transactions on the Internet, to understand the basic knowledge of how to use electronic marketing channels to conduct food marketing, and to introduce various types and business models of e-commerce operations, and how to conduct digital marketing methods , and how to collect transaction information, use large data methods to perform cloud computing and other discussions to stimulate students' ability to apply e-commerce.
