本課程希望藉由專題實作過程,培養學生下列經驗性知識與能力:
1.能夠運用分析方法或工具找出企業或組織在服務創新與經營面臨的問題或機會。
2.針對上述問題或機會產生對特定產業的瞭解與體驗。
3.能夠運用服務管理與創新經營的觀念架構與方法論,提出問題的解決策略與方案。
4.學習如何應用服務管理與創新經營的專業知識與技能於實務問題的解決,藉由做中學培養實作的經驗與能力。
本課程為服務創新與經營組在大學四年級所開設的整合性專題實作課程。此課程乃是希望讓主修服務創新與經營組的同學,將大學前三年所學的關於服務創新與經營發展之專業知識與技能加以整合與應用。在本專題課程中,學生將分組並針對一項企業或社會面臨到實際的服務創新與經營的問題或議題,實際地加以分析、規劃、設計、操作、及創作,進行實際服務創新與經營的問題辨認與解決過程,以達到顧客價值創造、傳遞與實現的目的。
This course hopes to cultivate the following empirical knowledge and abilities of students through the topical implementation process:
1. Ability to use analytical methods or tools to find out the problems or opportunities that companies or organizations face in service innovation and business.
2. Prove the above problems or opportunities to gain an understanding and experience of specific industries.
3. Be able to use concept structure and method discussions of service management and innovative business, and raise solutions to problems.
4. Learn how to apply professional knowledge and skills in service management and innovative business to solve practical problems, and learn to cultivate practical experience and ability through doing.
This course is an integrated topical implementation course designed by the service innovation and management organization in the fourth year of university. This course is to allow students majoring in service innovation and business organizations to integrate and apply professional knowledge and skills on service innovation and business development that they have learned in the first three years of college. In this topic course, students will sub-group and face practical service innovation and business issues or questions about a company or society, and will actually analyze, plan, design, operate, and create them to carry out practical service innovation and business. The problem identification and resolution process is used to achieve the purpose of customer value creation, transmission and realization.
本課程旨在協助同學如何將前三年所學之專業及相鬧知識(包含理論、方法及技能)結合,在教師授課(如何撰寫論文及注意事項)、同學們參與(教師與同學間交流與互動)之學習過程中,個別學生確定其研究方向與題材,並查詢、蒐集和整理資料,再綜合及撰寫所研究之議題,最後以口頭報告形式(內容紙本另行繳交)表現其研究成果。授課教師除考核個別學生之平日學習成效外,並對每位學生於口頭報告後評分,作為其學期總成績。
This course aims to help students learn how to combine the professional and relevant knowledge (including theory, methods and skills) they have learned in the first three years, teach the teacher (how to write articles and precautions), and participate in the teacher (teacher and classmates communicate with each other) During the learning process of interaction, a student determines his research direction and topics, and inquire, collects and organizes the data, then summarizes and writes the questions studied by the writing institute, and finally presents his research in the form of oral reports (content papers are submitted separately). Results. In addition to assessing the daily learning results of individual students, the teacher will also rate each student after oral report as a total score for his/her study period.
