培養學生對於電腦輔助設計與製造的具體概念,以實際案例、實機操作之訓練方式來加強學生軟體技能,並以RP、CNC等教學輔具來輔助學生對量產可行性之觀念建立與學習,並訓練學生渲染擬真彩圖的彩現能力,可讓學生具備相當程度的CAD/CAM能力。Cultivate students' specific concepts of computer-aided design and manufacturing, strengthen students' software skills through training methods of actual cases and real machine operations, and use RP, CNC and other teaching aids to assist students in establishing and learning concepts about the feasibility of mass production , and train students' ability to render realistic color pictures, allowing students to have a considerable degree of CAD/CAM capabilities.
1.熟悉電腦輔助製造 (Computer Aided Manufacturing)在工業產品設計開發與製造上的應用。
2.以SolidWorks 以及Pro/E 作為主要之CAD軟體,以進行產品開發,另藉由所產生的STL圖形檔,匯入CNC Cut 3D軟體,進行切削圖形與路徑模擬,使學生瞭解產品利用CNC製造與加工的前置程序,以使此些工具成為,在工業設計領域產品開發的好幫手。
3.瞭解刀具庫與加工材料的關聯性。
4.將產生之檔案轉換為CNC (Computer Numerical Control) 控制碼,並能瞭解CNC各控制碼的意義。
5.熟悉CNC機台操作與小型模型切削機之上機操作。
6.利用轉檔進行,雷射雕刻/切割機之上機操作使用。
7.利用轉檔進行,快速原型機之線上操作使用。
8.檔案傳輸與線上加工。
1. Be familiar with the application of Computer Aided Manufacturing in industrial product design, development and manufacturing.
