教育目標 Course Target

本『電腦輔助製造實作』課程將指導學生熟悉電腦輔助製造 (Computer Aided Manufacturing)在工業產品設計開發與製造上的應用,並以軟體作為設計與製造工具,使其成為學生在工業設計領域產品開發的好幫手,將利用檔案轉換至機台上進行製作,並了解目前電腦輔助製造所包含的技術與工具。 培養學生對於電腦輔助設計與製造的具體概念,以實際案例、實機操作之訓練方式來加強學生軟體技能,並以導入流體力學(CFD)理論以及RP、CNC等教學輔具來輔助學生對量產可行性之觀念建立與學習,並訓練學生渲染擬真彩圖的彩現能力,可讓學生具備相當程度的CAD/CAM能力。 This "Computer Aided Manufacturing" course will guide students to become familiar with the application of computer Aided Manufacturing in industrial product design and manufacturing, and use software as design and manufacturing tools, making it a good helper for students to develop products in the industrial design field, convert files to the machine for production, and understand the technologies and tools currently included in computer aided manufacturing. Cultivating students' specific concepts of computer assisted design and manufacturing, strengthening students' software skills through practical cases and practical operation training methods, and using introductory fluid learning (CFD) theory and teaching tools such as RP and CNC to help students establish and learn about the concept of mass production feasibility, and train students' performance ability to render true color pictures, which can allow students to have a considerable degree of CAD/CAM ability.


課程概述 Course Description

本課程將指導學生熟悉電腦輔助製造在工業產品設計開發與製造上的應用,並以軟體作為設計與製造工具,使其成為學生在工業設計領域產品開發的好幫手,將利用檔案轉換至機台上進行製作,並了解目前電腦輔助製造所包含的技術與工具。
This course will guide students to become familiar with the application of computer-assisted manufacturing in industrial product design and manufacturing, and use software as design and manufacturing tools, making it a good helper for students to develop products in the industrial design field, convert files to the machine for production, and understand the technologies and tools currently included in computer-assisted manufacturing.
