讓學生了解食品分析之重要性,並學習所有營養標示成分的分析方法及原理;另亦讓學生學習分析方法所應用之儀器、工具及其學理;最後學習數據之處理與分析。Let students understand the importance of food analysis and learn the analysis methods and principles of all nutritional specification ingredients; also let students learn the instruments, tools and their theories used in the analysis methods; and finally learn the processing and analysis of data.
