本課程是採20人為一組之小班制教學,藉由多樣化之課程設計,強調密集之演練與討論以協助學生進行初次之理念與技巧之整合。內容包含有:發展同學自我覺知的能力,培養敏銳的觀察力,及練習基本助人技巧。藉由影片分析及相關議題之討論,了解服務對象的困境與心理歷程,並增進對社會現象之了解與關懷。安排機構參觀幫助同學對社會福利機構與社會工作實務有初步接觸與認識。並協助學生為實習二進入機構實習做準備。This course is taught in a small class of 20 people. Through diversified course design, it emphasizes intensive practice and discussion to help students integrate concepts and skills for the first time. The content includes: developing students' self-awareness, cultivating keen observation skills, and practicing basic helping skills. Through video analysis and discussion of related issues, we can understand the plight and psychological process of service recipients and enhance our understanding and care for social phenomena. Arrange institutional visits to help students gain initial contact and understanding of social welfare institutions and social work practices. And assist students in preparing for internship in the organization during internship two.
