廣義的商事法包含公司法、票據法、保險法、海商法等科目，但為配合專門職業及技術人員高等考試會計師考試之考試科目，本課程主要將集中針對公司法進行授課，希望藉此能建立同學對於商事法規範的基本了解。

Commercial law in a broad sense includes subjects such as company law, bill law, insurance law, and maritime law. However, in order to coordinate with the examination subjects of the Accountant Examination for Professional and Technical Personnel Higher Education Examination, this course will mainly focus on company law, hoping to build students' basic understanding of commercial law regulations.

一般所稱商事法包含公司法、海商法、保險法、及票據法等法律。上述四項法律與各種商業行為習習相關，尤其在國際貿易或國際企業經營中，上述法律更是各項商業行為的基本規範。本課程即以前述四項法律為討論內容，希望透過具體案例的討論，讓同學對規範商事行為的法律，有概括、基礎的瞭解。

Commonly referred to as commercial law, it includes company law, maritime law, insurance law, and negotiable instruments law. The above four laws are related to various business behavior habits, especially in international trade or international business operations, the above laws are the basic norms of various business behaviors. This course uses the above four laws as its discussion content.
