商業上的法律風險是從事任何商業行為之前所不容忽視，本課程希望對過商事法律之體系介紹，使同學們具有商事法基本法律知識，並透過法院判決之分析與討論，使同學具有評估商業行為法律風險之能力。本課程將以實用為導向，講授各式商務行為的主要法律運作實務。學期前半段將以授課老師講授為主，後半段授課老師講授及由同學分組就自行選定之法院判決或老師指定的題目進行報告。希望透過案例的分析與討論，使同學能具有分析案件及評估法律風險的能力。The legal risks in business are not to be ignored before any commercial behavior. This course hopes to introduce the system of commercial law so that students have basic legal knowledge of commercial law, and through analysis and discussions of court decisions, so that students have an appraisal business. 一般所稱商事法包含公司法、海商法、保險法、及票據法等法律。上述四項法律與各種商業行為習習相關，尤其在國際貿易或國際企業經營中，上述法律更是各項商業行為的基本規範。本課程即以前述四項法律為討論內容，希望透過具體案例的討論，讓同學對規範商事行為的法律，有概括、基礎的瞭解。
