透過本課程研習，使同學對公司法制之運作、規範；對票據效力、特性；對保險契約、制度有基本之認識，降低同學未來在從事國際貿易與公司商業行為時，因對法律制度之不了解而受損害之風險。

Through this course, students will have a basic understanding of the operation and regulations of the company's legal system; their effectiveness and characteristics; their insurance contracts and systems, and reduce the risk of students' misunderstanding of the legal system when they work in international trade and company business activities in the future.

一般所稱商事法包含公司法、海商法、保險法、及票據法等法律。上述四項法律與各種商業行為習習相關，尤其在國際貿易或國際企業經營中，上述法律更是各項商業行為的基本規範。本課程即以前述四項法律為討論內容，希望透過具體案例的討論，讓同學對規範商事行為的法律，有概括、基礎的瞭解。

Generally, commercial law includes laws such as company law, maritime law, insurance law, and billing law. The above four laws are related to various business activities, especially in international trade or international enterprise operations. The above laws are the basic regulations of various business activities. This course is the discussion content of the four previous laws. We hope that through discussions on specific cases, we can give students a general and basic understanding of the laws governing commercial conduct.
