本課程在介紹如何應用心理學與社會心理學等學科基礎構成之組織行為理論與相關研究成果,以解釋與預測個人在企業組織中的行為。課程目標為:學生在上完這門課時,能(一)說出有關組織行為的基本概念與重要理論;(二)應用相關知識去分析與診斷實務上的問題;(三)規劃並執行組織行為的相關研究。本課堂為大二的必修課,內容主要是延續大一下之管理功能,從管理者所必須面對的員工角度,對組織內的各類員工行為進行統整與差異的解析,期能讓學生對職場與工作有更深入的認識與了解,為未來就職與可能的管理工作做準備。為能落實此目標,本課程更專注於職場員工百態之描述與相關理論之導引,透過職場體察研究報告之逐步進行,使學生能知曉工作是怎麼一回事,以達到知能並進與學用合一之效益。This course introduces how to apply organizational behavior theory and related research results, which are the basis of psychology and social psychology, to explain and predict individual behavior in corporate organizations.
