7175 - 社區營造 Community Construction


教育目標 Course Target

社區營造所稱之「社區」是結合了「社區」與 「社群」的意義,行政院文化建設委員會(今之文化部)自1994年啟動「社區總體營造政策」、2010年行政院農業委員會推動「農村再生條例」正式實施,及至2019年為「地方創生」元年以來,在政府部門協助推動下,使社區營造形成今日台灣都市與農村基層社區翻轉的實踐力量,社區居民不僅可藉由實際參與與自身之力量改變所在之環境,亦可藉由專業者之進駐輔導使之更加完善;然而,社區營造過程之甘苦絕非未曾實際參與過的人所能體會,因其具有「社會改革」的精神內涵,但也不是一般的「社會運動」,不特別強調體制性的對抗或變革,反而更重視如何在日常實踐中形成共識與行動,轉化社區體質,進而建構公民社會,以及社區自主經濟之延續,其整個過程是長久的。因此,本課程將以學理為基礎,採學中做、做中學之方式進行操作,透過實際場域的操作,使修習之研究生能夠學用合一。The term "community" in community building combines the meanings of "community" and "community". It does not particularly emphasize institutional confrontation or change. Instead, it pays more attention to how to form consensus and actions in daily practice, transform the community constitution, and then construct civil society and community The entire process of the continuation of the independent economy is long-lasting. Therefore, this course will be based on academic theory, and will be operated in the manner of learning by doing and learning by doing. Through the operation in the actual field, the postgraduate students can integrate learning and application.
