本課程為普通心理學,為學生學習心理學之入門,從知識探討至實驗研究之介紹,範疇涵蓋自然科學與社會科學兩大主軸,探討個人、團體、社會文化等層面之議題,內容涵蓋心理學簡介、心理學研究法、心理學的生理基礎、感覺與知覺、注意力與意識、學習、記憶與認知、動機與情緒、人格心理學、社會心理學、發展心理學與依戀關係、正向心理學、健康心理學:休閒行為觀點、異常心理學,以及諮商與心理治療等議題。
具體目標有三:
知識學習:透過不同心理學派與基礎知識學習,了解心理學的基本科學內涵。
觀點論述:由知識學習為基礎,進而學習如何依據學理知識進行個人觀點的論述。
思考鍛鍊:透過對於社會現象的觀察與學理知識內涵的理解和統整,培養個人思辨之能力。
心理實務:透過心理學實務的參與,學習如何進行心理學應用。
This course is ordinary psychology. It is an entry point for students to learn psychology, from knowledge exploration to introduction to experimental research, and covers two major themes of natural science and social science, and explores topics at the individual, group, social culture and other levels. The content covers psychology Introduction to learning, psychology research method, psychology Physiological foundation, perception and knowledge, attention and consciousness, learning, memory and awareness, motor and emotion, personality psychology, social psychology, development psychology and dependence relationship, positive psychology, healthy psychology: leisure behavioral perspectives, Abnormal psychology, as well as consultation and psychological treatment.
There are three specific goals:
Knowledge Learning: Understand the basic scientific connotations of psychology through different psychological schools and basic knowledge learning.
Viewpoint description: Based on knowledge learning, we can then learn how to make personal views based on theoretical knowledge.
Thinking: cultivate personal thinking ability through observation of social phenomena and understanding and structuring of the connotation of theoretical knowledge.
Psychological practice: Learn how to apply psychology through the participation of psychological practice.
