教育目標 Course Target

The goal of the seminar course is to explore related research subjects on the field of hospitality management, such as hospitality marketing, human resource management, food safety and sanitation, consumer behavior analysis etc. Under advice of instructors from the department, students will conduct their research in groups with different trendy topics closely related to hospitality industry. In order to accomplish the requirements of this seminar course, students need to submit a research proposal with the first three chapters of their study including introduction, literature review and methodology. After receiving approval of the proposal, students then can proceed to the section of conducting their research by data collection and analysis in the following semester. Students need to meet with their thesis advisor(s) on a regular basis and discuss the progress of the research agenda.
