2194 - 有機化學實驗 Organic Chemistry Lab


教育目標 Course Target

導引學生如何完成有機化學反應,終止反應操作,包括淬取及快速管柱層析,進而得到產物。使學生學習正確的實驗邏輯觀念,從失敗的實驗找出問題,進一步克服困難。再與課堂上教授的反應進一步與實驗結合,讓學生能學以應用。1.Crystallization 2.Extraction(acid / base extraction) 3.Chromatography(Thin-Layer and Column Chromatography) 4.Conversion of Alcohols to Halides(Preparation of n-Butyl Bromide) 5.Williamson Ether Synthesis(Preparation of n-Butyl Methyl Ether) 6.Resolution of racemic phenylsuccinic acidusing(-)Proline as a resolving agent 7.Conversion of Alcohols to Alkenes(Preparation of Cyclohexene) 8.Nitration of Methyl Benzoate 9.Aldehydes and Ketones 10.Fries Rearrangement Accelerated by Microwave RadiationGuide students on how to complete organic chemical reactions, terminate reaction operations, including quenching and fast column chromatography, and obtain products. Enable students to learn correct experimental logical concepts, identify problems from failed experiments, and further overcome difficulties.
