使學生了解生物學與食品專業之間的關連性,並透過分組討論與上台報告學習資訊蒐尋、分析運用及口語表達的能力。學習細胞以此了解生命最小單位的組成、運作與食品主要營養成分之間的關聯性,學習遺傳學中的基礎生命分子DNA的轉錄與轉譯機制可作為食品生物技術的基礎,並藉由學習演化與生態學了解親近生物與尊重生命對食品原料獲得的重要性。Enable students to understand the connection between biology and food profession, and to report on information reliance, analytical usage and oral expression through sub-group discussions and on-stage reporting.
