透過課程學習，讓學生了解民宿現況及基礎理論知識和專業經營知識，課程當中將要求學生實際提出民宿開設經營之企畫書，讓學生能從中了解真實與理論差距，加強學習效果。Through course learning, students can understand the current situation and basic theoretical knowledge of homestays and professional business knowledge.
