教育目標 Course Target

透過課程學習,讓學生了解民宿現況及基礎理論知識和專業經營知識,課程當中將要求學生實際提出民宿開設經營之企畫書,讓學生能從中了解真實與理論差距,加強學習效果。Through course study, students can understand the current situation of B&Bs and basic theoretical knowledge and professional management knowledge. The course will require students to actually propose a plan for opening and operating B&Bs, so that students can understand the gap between reality and theory and enhance the learning effect.
