Dairy Processing Lab.

教育目標 Course Target

學習乳品加工理論同時搭配實習課程實際操作；讓學生依組成原料的性質、實際演練各種乳品的製作；體驗各種乳品的製造流程中產生現象，強化各種乳品之加工方法、理化學與微生物學品質等概念。

Learn dairy processing theory and combine practical courses with actual operations; allow students to practice the production of various dairy products according to the properties of the raw materials and actually practice the production of various dairy products; experience the phenomenon in the manufacturing process of various dairy products, and strengthen the concepts of processing methods, physics, chemistry, and microbiology.
