Dairy Processing Lab.
教育目標 Course Target
學習乳品加工理論同時搭配實習課程實際操作;讓學生依組成原料的性質、實際演練各種乳品的製作;體驗各種乳品的製造流程中產生現象,強化各種乳品之加工方法、理化學與微生物學品質等概念。
Learning the theory of dairy processing is combined with the practical operation of the internship course; students are allowed to practice the production of various dairy products according to the properties of the raw materials; they experience the phenomena that occur in the manufacturing process of various dairy products, and strengthen the concepts of processing methods, physical chemistry and microbiological quality of various dairy products.
