認識電子商務的意義、基本概念、電子商務與資訊系統之間的關係，並從組織架構面、技術面、管理面、應用面、以及未來展望，探討電子商務的運作情形。此外，藉由案例分析了解電子商務的實務操作。
Understand the meaning and basic concepts of e-commerce, the relationship between e-commerce and information systems, and explore the operation of e-commerce from the perspective of organizational structure, technology, management, application, and future prospects. In addition, learn about the practical operation of e-commerce through case analysis.
課程概述 Course Description
電子商務，它代表了在網路上進行並完成的交易程序。但電子商務不只是買賣的行為，亦包含電子化的溝通、協同，及探索、發現相關資源程序，同時也涉及電子化學習、電子化政府等應用。電子商務改變了商業活動及各種作業模式，對於人類的生活也將有深遠的影響。
E-commerce represents transactions conducted and completed on the Internet. However, e-commerce is not only the act of buying and selling, but also includes electronic communication, collaboration, and procedures for exploring and discovering related resources. It also involves applications such as e-learning and e-government. E-commerce has changed business activities and various operating models, and will also have a profound impact on human life.
