網際網路開啟了商業化應用以來,電子商務蓬勃發展已是不爭的事實,其已完全融入企業經營與消費者生活。電子商務利用網際網路跨越時空、多媒體及互動的特性,開啟了新的企業經營方式提升企業的競爭力,或創造新的產業,加上資訊科技進步神速,企業面臨的壓力與日遽增。隨著社群網路的盛行、智慧型手機的普及、行動商務以及雲端運算的發展,都帶來創新的商業模式,也影響消費者的行為模式,同時消費者的力量也隨著資訊科技的進步,在電子商務中逐漸居於舉足輕重的影響,甚至對於企業經營產生足夠的議價能力,對企業而言,是機會還是挑戰?很值得探討。過去的許多經營管理理論是否能完全適用,也是企業界與學術界很大的挑戰。本課程將盡可能涵蓋重要的電子商務議題,包含電子商務發展的整體環境因素及個體環境因素、重要的電子商務模式、網路行銷、消費者行為等。有鑑於同學的背景來源不同、資訊技術的生命週期短及課程時間有限﹐本課程重點在於電子商務的經營管理面及如何善用資訊科技創造企業契機﹐而非技術導向的課程。
電子商務行業已經顛覆了我們的購物和生活方式,而區塊鏈正在顛覆傳統電子商務的模式,區塊鏈技術在電子商務市場的實施,將因其分散式經濟而引發重大轉變。在本課程中,我們將廣泛討論區塊鏈是如何改變傳統電子商務市場:(1)支付方式將改進、(2)供應鏈管理的改進、(3)更加透明的電子商務市場、(4)安全保障、(5)真實的評論和個人提議。
Since the commercial application of the Internet was launched, it is an indisputable fact that e-commerce has flourished, and it has been fully integrated into business operations and consumer lives. E-commerce takes advantage of the Internet's characteristics of spanning time and space, multimedia and interaction, opening up new ways of business operations to enhance the competitiveness of enterprises, or create new industries. Coupled with the rapid progress of information technology, the pressure faced by enterprises is increasing day by day. With the popularity of social networks, the popularity of smartphones, mobile commerce and the development of cloud computing, innovative business models have been brought about, and they have also affected consumer behavior patterns. At the same time, with the advancement of information technology, the power of consumers has gradually played a decisive role in e-commerce, and even has sufficient bargaining power for corporate operations. Is this an opportunity or a challenge for companies? It's worth discussing. Whether many past business management theories can be fully applicable is also a great challenge for the business community and academia. This course will try its best to cover important e-commerce issues, including the overall environmental factors and individual environmental factors of e-commerce development, important e-commerce models, online marketing, consumer behavior, etc. In view of the different backgrounds of students, the short life cycle of information technology and the limited course time, this course focuses on the business management aspects of e-commerce and how to make good use of information technology to create business opportunities, rather than a technology-oriented course.
The e-commerce industry has already subverted our shopping and lifestyle, and blockchain is subverting the traditional e-commerce model. The implementation of blockchain technology in the e-commerce market will trigger major changes due to its decentralized economy. In this course, we will extensively discuss how blockchain will change the traditional e-commerce market: (1) payment methods will be improved, (2) supply chain management improvements, (3) a more transparent e-commerce market, (4) security guarantees, (5) authentic reviews and personal proposals.

電子商務,它代表了在網路上進行並完成的交易程序。但電子商務不只是買賣的行為,亦包含電子化的溝通、協同,及探索、發現相關資源程序,同時也涉及電子化學習、電子化政府等應用。電子商務改變了商業活動及各種作業模式,對於人類的生活也將有深遠的影響。
E-commerce represents transactions conducted and completed on the Internet. However, e-commerce is not only the act of buying and selling, but also includes electronic communication, collaboration, and procedures for exploring and discovering related resources. It also involves applications such as e-learning and e-government. E-commerce has changed business activities and various operating models, and will also have a profound impact on human life.
