教育目標 Course Target

網際網路開啟了商業化應用以來,電子商務蓬勃發展已是不爭的事實,其已完全融入企業經營與消費者生活。電子商務利用網際網路跨越時空、多媒體及互動的特性,開啟了新的企業經營方式提升企業的競爭力,或創造新的產業,加上資訊科技進步神速,企業面臨的壓力與日遽增。隨著社群網路的盛行、智慧型手機的普及、行動商務以及雲端運算的發展,都帶來創新的商業模式,也影響消費者的行為模式,同時消費者的力量也隨著資訊科技的進步,在電子商務中逐漸居於舉足輕重的影響,甚至對於企業經營產生足夠的議價能力,對企業而言,是機會還是挑戰?很值得探討。過去的許多經營管理理論是否能完全適用,也是企業界與學術界很大的挑戰。本課程將盡可能涵蓋重要的電子商務議題,包含電子商務發展的整體環境因素及個體環境因素、重要的電子商務模式、網路行銷、消費者行為等。有鑑於同學的背景來源不同、資訊技術的生命週期短及課程時間有限﹐本課程重點在於電子商務的經營管理面及如何善用資訊科技創造企業契機﹐而非技術導向的課程。 電子商務行業已經顛覆了我們的購物和生活方式,而區塊鏈正在顛覆傳統電子商務的模式,區塊鏈技術在電子商務市場的實施,將因其分散式經濟而引發重大轉變。在本課程中,我們將廣泛討論區塊鏈是如何改變傳統電子商務市場:(1)支付方式將改進、(2)供應鏈管理的改進、(3)更加透明的電子商務市場、(4)安全保障、(5)真實的評論和個人提議。 Since the opening of commercial applications on the Internet, the booming development of e-commerce has become uncontested, and it has been fully integrated into the lives of corporate businesses and consumers. E-commerce uses the Internet to cross time, space, multimedia and interaction characteristics, to open up new enterprise business operations to enhance the competitiveness of enterprises, or create new industries. In addition, information technology has made rapid progress, and the pressure on enterprises has increased rapidly. With the popularity of community networks, the popularity of smart phones, mobile business, and the development of cloud computing, all bring innovative business models and affect consumers' behavior patterns. At the same time, the power of consumers has gradually become a sufficient impact in e-commerce with the advancement of information technology, and even to generate sufficient price-making capabilities for enterprises. Is it an opportunity or a challenge for enterprises? It's worth exploring. Whether many business management theories in the past can be fully applicable is also a big challenge in the enterprise and academic circles. This course will cover as much important e-commerce topics, including overall environmental factors and individual environmental factors of e-commerce development, important e-commerce models, online marketing, consumer behavior, etc. Due to the different backgrounds of students, the short life cycle of information technology and limited course time, this course focuses on the business management of e-commerce and how to make good use of information technology to create enterprise contracts rather than technology-oriented courses. The e-commerce industry has overturned our shopping and lifestyles, and the blockchain is overturning the traditional e-commerce model. The implementation of blockchain technology in the e-commerce market will cause a major change due to its decentralized economy. In this course, we will discuss how the district chain changes the traditional e-commerce market: (1) the payment method will be improved, (2) the supply chain management will be improved, (3) the more transparent e-commerce market, (4) security, (5) real comments and personal suggestions.

電子商務,它代表了在網路上進行並完成的交易程序。但電子商務不只是買賣的行為,亦包含電子化的溝通、協同,及探索、發現相關資源程序,同時也涉及電子化學習、電子化政府等應用。電子商務改變了商業活動及各種作業模式,對於人類的生活也將有深遠的影響。
e-commerce, it represents a transaction process carried out and completed online. However, e-commerce not only involves electronic communication, cooperation, exploration and discovery of related resource procedures, but also involves applications such as electronic chemistry learning, electronic government and other applications. E-commerce has changed business activities and various operational models, and will have a profound impact on human life.
