本課程之講授內容，包含公司、票據、保險以及海商等三種商事法律，惟在比重上偏重於公司、票據和保險法等較常用科目。在講授商事法內容前，教師將先就民事法律之基本原則進行講解和複習，並補充必要之法律基礎知識。學期前半段課程以公司法為主，並講授部分票據法內容；在期中考後，將以票據和保險法為授課主軸，並於期末就海商法之基本概念和規則略加解說。本課程以授課教師之課堂講授為主，除講解法律制度和法理規範外，教師也將在課堂介紹部分實務案例，並以問答或個案報告之方式促進同學對課程的參與和討論。The teaching content of this course includes three commercial laws, including company, ticketing, insurance and maritime business, but the proportion is focused on more commonly used subjects such as company, ticketing, and insurance laws. Before teaching the content of commercial law, the teacher will first explain and revise the basic principles of civil law, and add necessary legal basic knowledge. The courses in the first half of the school period are mainly based on company law and teach some of the contents of the votes; after the midterm exam, the course will be taught with votes and insurance laws, and the basic concepts and rules of maritime law will be briefly explained at the end of the period. This course is mainly taught by teachers in class lectures. In addition to explaining the legal system and legal principles, teachers will also introduce some practical cases in the classroom, and promote students' participation and discussions on the course through questions or case reports.
一般所稱商事法包含公司法、海商法、保險法、及票據法等法律。上述四項法律與各種商業行為習習相關，尤其在國際貿易或國際企業經營中，上述法律更是各項商業行為的基本規範。本課程即以前述四項法律為討論內容，希望透過具體案例的討論，讓同學對規範商事行為的法律，有概括、基礎的瞭解。
