本課程之講授內容，包含公司、票據、保險以及海商等三種商事法律，惟在比重上偏重於公司、票據和保險法等較常用科目。在講授商事法內容前，教師將先就民事法律之基本原則進行講解和複習，並補充必要之法律基礎知識。學期前半段課程以公司法為主，並講授部分票據法內容；在期中考後，將以票據和保險法為授課主軸，並於期末就海商法之基本概念和規則略加解說。本課程以授課教師之課堂講授為主，除講解法律制度和法理規範外，教師也將在課堂介紹部分實務案例，並以問答或個案報告之方式促進同學對課程的參與和討論。

The teaching contents of this course include three types of commercial law: company, bill, insurance and maritime law, but the emphasis is on more commonly used subjects such as company, bill and insurance law. Before teaching the commercial law content, the teacher will first explain and review the basic principles of civil law and supplement the necessary basic legal knowledge. In the first half of the semester, the course will focus on company law, and some contents of bill law will be taught. After the midterm exam, the course will focus on bill and insurance law, and at the end of the semester, the basic concepts and rules of maritime law will be briefly explained. This course is mainly lectured by the instructor. In addition to explaining the legal system and legal norms, the teacher will also introduce some practical cases in the classroom and promote students' participation and discussion in the course through question and answer or case reports.

一般所稱商事法包含公司法、海商法、保險法、及票據法等法律。上述四項法律與各種商業行為習習相關，尤其在國際貿易或國際企業經營中，上述法律更是各項商業行為的基本規範。本課程即以前述四項法律為討論內容，希望透過具體案例的討論，讓同學對規範商事行為的法律，有概括、基礎的瞭解。

Commonly referred to as commercial law, it includes company law, maritime law, insurance law, and negotiable instruments law. The above four laws are related to various business behavior habits, especially in international trade or international business operations, the above laws are the basic norms of various business behaviors. This course uses the above four laws as its discussion content. It is hoped that through the discussion of specific cases, students will have a general and basic understanding of the laws that regulate commercial conduct.
