課程系統介紹民法一般商事規定與商事法特別之商業法規內容之比較並透過生活見聞、實務個案及司實務運作之現況運用，藉以印證法理及實務之差別，藉以提升同學對法律議題的興趣與認識。票據法部分，配合民法、民事訴訟法、強制執行法等法規，講述銀行業務與客戶之法律關係。其目的在使學生在了解票據法等相關規定外，亦能熟悉金融票據實務運作程序。

The course system introduces the comparison of the contents of the general commercial regulations of civil law and the special commercial law of commercial law, and the current use of life experiences, practical cases and practical operations, so as to document the differences between legal principles and practices, so as to enhance students' interest and understanding of legal issues. The billing law part, in accordance with the civil law, civil lawsuit law, and the enforcement law, to describe the legal relationship between bank business and customers. The purpose is to enable students to be familiar with the financial billing operation procedures in addition to understanding the relevant regulations such as billing methods.
