本課程內容將介紹經濟行為、問題與決策制定之分析方法。主要內容將分為個體經濟學與總體經濟學。其中，個體經濟學以消費者、廠商及商品市場作為研究對象，包括消費者如何進行消費選擇、生產者如何進行生產決策、進而分析市場均衡與結構。除了市場機制，政府是否可能干預市場，或是進行公共選擇與所得分配等，皆是個體經濟學之重要議題。在總體經濟學之部分，本課程將提供分析總體經濟問題與政策的基本架構，來檢視國民所得與其相關的經濟活動，例如國民所得衡量、就業與通貨膨脹、國民儲蓄與投資、貨幣與財政政策等議題。

The content of this course will introduce the analysis methods for economic behavior, problems and decision-making. The main contents will be divided into individual economics and overall economics. Among them, individual economy uses consumers, manufacturers and commodity markets as research objects, including how consumers make consumer choices, how manufacturers make production decisions, and then analyzes market balance and structure. In addition to market mechanisms, whether the government may interfere in pre-markets, or conduct public selection and income distribution are important issues in individual economics. In the overall economics sector, this course will provide a basic structure that analyzes overall economic problems and policies to examine national income and related economic activities, such as national income measurement, employment and inflation, national savings and investment, currency and financial policies, etc.

本課程目的: 以建立學生經濟學基本概念，學習面對有限資源，如何選擇來極大化效用、利潤與效率，培養學生作決策時，具成本效益分析之能力，將來面對財經環境與經營管理議題，都能夠運用經濟學專業知識之思考模式。主要內容如下:1.消費者與廠商選擇理論:包含供給與需求、市場均衡分析、生產者決策、完全競爭市場、獨佔、外部效果與公共財。2.總體經濟學導論：如國民所得的意義與衡量、經濟福利、經濟成長、物價膨脹與貨幣政策、國際貿易等經濟觀念。

The purpose of this course is to establish basic economic concepts for students, learn limited resources, how to choose to maximize utility, profit and efficiency, cultivate students' decision-making skills, have the ability to analyze costs and benefits, and to face financial environment and business management issues, and use the thinking model of professional economic knowledge. The main contents are as follows: 1. Consumer and manufacturer selection theory: including supply and demand, market balanced analysis, producer decisions, complete competition for the market, independent ownership, external effects and public finance. 2. General economic research discussion: such as the meaning and measurement of national income, economic welfare, economic growth, price inflation and currency policy, international trade and other economic concepts.
