教育目標 Course Target
本課程目標有二,一為協助同學回顧質性研究之基本概念與基本研究步驟, 二為協助同學學習質性研究不同研究取向中,適合社會工作研究的取向,本課程以紮根理論,民族誌,敘事研究為主要學習的取向,學習三個取向適合回答的研究問題,選取樣本,資料收集與資料分析等實際操作技術。本課程同時將協助學生學習質性研究軟體N-Vivo的操作與使用。本課程將訓練學生熟悉質性研究的不同取向與該取向之研究設計,做為同學日後撰寫博士論文的研究方法之基礎。
This course has two goals. The first is to help students review the basic concepts and basic research steps of qualitative research. The second is to help students learn the different research orientations in qualitative research, which one is suitable for social work research. This course focuses on grounded theory, ethnography, and narrative research as the main learning orientations, and learns practical techniques such as research questions suitable for answering in the three orientations, sample selection, data collection, and data analysis. This course will also help students learn the operation and use of the qualitative research software N-Vivo. This course will train students to become familiar with the different orientations of qualitative research and the research design of this orientation, which will serve as the basis for research methods for students to write doctoral dissertations in the future.
課程概述 Course Description
質化研究是一門社會科學領域常用的研究方法論課程,本課程介紹餐旅領域常使用之質化研究方法的觀點與研究過程,以文本分析研究為主認識質化研究特質,詮釋典範的相關觀點、量化與質化研究差異、質性研究企劃過程、資料收集方法及技巧、研究倫理、寫作方式等;並協助同學選擇碩士論文主題、找出問題意識、整理文獻、擬出研究架構,撰寫研究大綱、並執行質化研究過程。
Qualitative research is a commonly used research methodology course in the field of social sciences. This course introduces the viewpoints and research processes of qualitative research methods commonly used in the field of hospitality and hospitality. It focuses on text analysis research to understand the characteristics of qualitative research, and interprets relevant viewpoints, quantification and qualitativeization of examples. Research differences, qualitative research planning process, data collection methods and techniques, research ethics, writing methods, etc.; and assist students in selecting master's thesis topics, identifying problem awareness, organizing literature, formulating a research structure, writing a research outline, and executing the qualitative research process.
