教育目標 Course Target

1. 熟悉餐廳開發之結構與流程常識 2. 促使學員能具備餐廳開發之知能 3. 培養學員對餐廳開發之興趣透過專題報告引導學生撰寫餐廳開發企劃案, 從區域人口特性, 主題特性, 地點選取, 餐廳菜單價位設定, 硬體設施及服務流程撰寫逐步引導學生建構開設一家餐廳的流程與步驟, 作為日後學生創業的基礎1. Be familiar with the common knowledge of the structure and process of restaurant development 2. Encourage students to have the knowledge of restaurant development 3. Training students' interest in restaurant development guides students to write restaurant development plans through topic reports, and gradually guides students to build a restaurant from regional population characteristics, theme characteristics, location selection, restaurant menu price setting, hardware facilities and service process writing, gradually guides students to build a restaurant process and steps, as the foundation for future student development

Cultivate students' interest in restaurant development and cultivate talents for restaurant tourism 4. Help students understand the ecological environment of the career
