教導學生認識有機官能基的轉換,引導學生從記憶學習轉向概念學習,並且使學生瞭解化合物之化學與物理性質。本課程的目標在於教育學生具有有機化學專業知識,學習以碳為核心的有機化合物分類、國際命名規則、物性原理及從化性探討有機化合物的製備與,教學過程經由講述、分析思考、總結、歸納形成、評量等方法提升學生對有機反應及化合物的瞭解與興趣。
主要教學內容包括 一、有機化合物的構造 二、有化合物的物理性質 三、化合物的製備 四、有機反應機制及化合物的合成。
課程內涵: 課程依教學時數18週,每週3小時,安排教學活動,內容共分為14章講授,主要涵蓋:
1.化合物命名:系統命名規則與工業界常用之俗名。
2.化合物的結構與物理性質:化學鍵結,構造式表示法,共振與電子去域性。
3.化合物的製備:各種有基官能基之製備與化學轉換。
4.化學反應與機構:化學作用轉變的過程。
5.合成設計:利用官能基變化設計化合物的全合成方法。Teach students to understand the conversion of organic officials, guide students from memory learning to concepts, and enable students to understand the chemical and physical properties of compounds. The goal of this course is to educate students to have organic chemistry knowledge, and learn to classify the organic compound classification, international naming rules, physical principles, and obsession of organic compounds with carbon -core organic compounds. Introduction to formation, evaluation and other methods to enhance students' understanding and interest in organic response and compounds.
Main teaching contents include 1. Structure of organic compounds 2. Physical properties of compounds 3. Preparation of compounds 4. The synthesis of organic reaction mechanisms and compounds.
Curriculum connotation: The curriculum is 18 weeks according to the number of teaching hours, 3 hours a week, and arrange teaching activities. The content is divided into 14 chapters lectures, mainly covered:
1. Naming of compounds: system naming rules and common names commonly used in industry.
2. Structure and physical properties of compounds: chemical bonds, constructor representations, resonance and electron de -domainability.
3. Preparation of compounds: Preparation and chemical conversion of all kinds of foundation officials.
4. Chemical reactions and institutions: the process of changing chemical action.
5. Synthetic design: Use the full synthesis method of designing compounds with official energy base changes.
認識有機化學及基本概念介紹,了解化合物官能基性質及有機化學反應之進行,建立修習其他相關科目之基礎。
