教學目的:引導學生從記憶學習轉向概念學習。使學者瞭解有機化合物之結構、物理性質與化學性質。歸納化合物官能機種類,認識化學反應之機制,進而利用於新化合物之合成,作為探討生物化學、生命化學之基礎。
主要內容:一、認識有機化合物官能機之化學變化。二、介紹化學反應之變化過程及相關之結構、能量轉變。三、利用化學變化嘗試合成新化合物 。■ ※Course Objectives
Teaching purpose: to guide students from memory learning to conceptual learning. Enable the learner to understand the structure, physical properties and chemical properties of organic compounds. Learn the functional mechanism of compounds, understand the mechanism of chemical reaction, and then use the synthesis of new compounds as the basis for exploring biochemistry and life chemistry.
Main content: 1. Understand the chemical changes of organic compound functional organs. 2. Introduce the transformation process of chemical reactions and related structures and energy changes. 3. Use chemical changes to try to synthesize new compounds.
