有機化學實驗的目在於訓練學生利用實驗操作、現象觀察、化合物的製備、分離純化到鑑定的過程,經過思考、總結及歸納形成對有機化學反應、化合物的性質、結構產生一定程度的相關知識,並使這些知識能與課本理論相互呼應、驗證、結合,透過實驗反覆練習,來增進學生手、眼、心合一,加深對有機化學課程的興趣及了解。
The purpose of organic chemistry experiments is to train students to use experimental operations, phenomenon observation, preparation of compounds, separation and purification to identification, and to form a certain degree of related knowledge of organic chemical reactions, the nature of the compound, and structure of organic chemical reactions, compounds, and the structure of compounds.
