教育目標 Course Target

導引學生如何完成有機化學反應,終止反應操作,包括淬取及快速管柱層析,進而得到產物。使學生學習正確的實驗邏輯觀念,從失敗的實驗找出問題,進一步克服困難。再與課堂上教授的反應進一步與實驗結合,讓學生能學以應用。1.Crystallization

4.Conversion of Alcohols to Halides(Preparation of n-Butyl Bromide)
5.Williamson Ether Synthesis(Preparation of n-Butyl Methyl Ether)
6.Resolution of racemic phenylsuccinic acidusing(-)Proline as a resolving agent
7.Conversion of Alcohols to Alkenes(Preparation of Cyclohexene)
8.Nitration of Methyl Benzoate
9.Aldehydes and Ketones
10.Fries Rearrangement Accelerated by Microwave Radiation

Guide students to complete organic chemistry reactions, end reaction operations, including quenching and rapid column analysis, and then obtain products. Enable students to learn correct experimental logic concepts, find problems from failed experiments, and further overcome difficulties. It is further combined with the professor's response in class and experiments to allow students to learn and apply. 1.Crystallization

課程概述 Course Description

有機化學實驗的目在於訓練學生利用實驗操作、現象觀察、化合物的製備、分離純化到鑑定的過程,經過思考、總結及歸納形成對有機化學反應、化合物的性質、結構產生一定程度的相關知識,並使這些知識能與課本理論相互呼應、驗證、結合,透過實驗反覆練習,來增進學生手、眼、心合一,加深對有機化學課程的興趣及了解。

The purpose of organic chemistry experiment is to train students to use the process of experiment operation, phenomenon observation, preparation, separation and purification of compounds, and form reactions to organic chemistry, properties and structures of compounds through thinking, summarizing and studying. Generate a certain degree of relevant knowledge, and enable these knowledge to interact, verify and combine with the theoretical discussions of the course. Through repeated practice of practical experiments, students can enhance the unity of hands, eyes and mind, and deepen their interest and understanding of the organic chemistry course.
