教育目標 Course Target

管理是指集結群體的力量,有效的整合各種資源,進而創造更大的價值。其探討如何利用科學的方法,例如,數理邏輯來規劃、控管活動流程,以達成資源使用的效率(強調資源使用率)與效果(強調目標達成率)。本課程包含管理的四大功能: 規劃、組織、控制與領導。除此之外,其應用層面甚廣,應用於個人,稱為自我管理;應用於團體,稱為社群管理;應用於組織,則稱之為企業管理。透過管理學的學習,期待同學能運用於自我管理(例如: 時間、資源分配)、群體管理(例如: 社會網絡),或作為進入職場後,了解企業管理者如何讓企業有效運作(即企業管理)之基礎。本課程透過講授、與討論的多元教學方式,強化同學的課程參與。透過討論的參與學習方式,期待可強化對於課程內容的理解。Management refers to gathering the power of the group, effectively integrating various resources, and thus creating greater value. It explores how to use scientific methods, such as mathematical logic, to plan and control activity processes, to achieve the efficiency of resource use (emphasis adjustment of resource usage) and effect (emphasis improvement of target achievement). This course contains four major management functions: planning, organization, control and leadership. In addition, its application level is very wide, and it is applied to individuals, called self-management; it is applied to groups, called community management; it is applied to organizations, called enterprise management. Through the study of management, we hope that students can use it for self-management (such as time, resource allocation), group management (such as social network), or as a basis for how corporate managers can make the company operate effectively (i.e., corporate management). This course enhances the course participation of classmates through a diverse teaching method of lectures, discussions and discussions. Through discussion and learning methods, we hope to strengthen our understanding of course content.
