教育目標 Course Target
1.理解「管理」及「管理者」的工作，以及管理理論的過去與未來的發展。
2.分析當前全球之經營環境及企業之因應策略。
3.說明目標形成之影響因素，協助學生擬訂人生目標。
4.介紹管理功能的各個層面及相關研究，使學習者對管理知識有一全盤認識。
5.介紹組織的型態，以及管理者在組織中所面對的管理議題。
1. Understand the work of "management" and "manager", as well as the past and future development of management theory.
2. Analyze the current global operating environment and enterprise causal strategies.
3. Explain the factors that affect the formation of goals and help students plan their life goals.
4. Introduce various levels and related research of management functions, so that learners have a full understanding of management knowledge.
5. Introduce the organization's type and the management issues faced by managers in the organization.

介紹管理的基本概念、原則、方法包括管理的基本概念 、規劃 、組織 、領導 、控制。
Introduce the basic concepts, principles and methods of management, including the basic concepts, planning, organization, leadership, and control of management.
參考書目 Reference Books
本人提供各種管理學教科書，置於會計學習支援中心供學生參考。
I provide various management textbooks and place them in the Association Programming Support Center for students' reference.
