教育目標 Course Target

組織行為(OB) 在研究個人、團體及組織結構,對組織成員行為所產生的影響,並應用這些知識來提高組織效能。個人層次的激勵、團體凝聚力及組織的人力資源管理對組織成員的工作滿足感與組織效能均有重大影響。而如何平衡個人目標和組織目標的達成,自有OB以來,就是一項艱巨的挑戰。二十一世紀以來,資訊科技的發展、全球化的連結、面對經常性的變革、刺激創新,組織行為,此一課題,在創造正面工作環境方面,日形重要。 本課程將從管理者角度出發,探討個人、團體及組織結構三層級之重要OB議題,並達到下列預期目標: Organizational Behavior (OB) studies individuals, groups and organizational structures, affects organizational member behavior and applies these knowledge to improve organizational effectiveness. The motivation of the individual level, group cohesion and organizational human resource management have a significant impact on the work satisfaction of organizational members and organizational effectiveness. How to balance the achievement of personal goals and organizational goals has been a huge challenge since OB. Since the 21st century, the development of information technology, the links of globalization, the face of common changes, stimulating innovation, and organizational behavior, this subject is important in creating a positive working environment. This course will be developed from the perspective of the administrator to explore important OB issues at three levels: individual, group and organizational structure, and achieve the following expected goals:


課程概述 Course Description

組織以及組織內的行為現象隨時環繞在我們日常生活周遭,本課程主要介紹「組織行為」的相關理論與內容。本課程將系統地從組織中之個體和團體兩個層次進行,幫助同學了解組織中個人與組織之間所產生的現象,例如個人心理層面的之決、認知、情感、學習、激勵與決策;社會心理層面的態度改變、團體決策過程、衝突與溝通等。希望這門課可以協助同學們認識你所存在的組織,也可能幫助你更能適應現代組織生活。
The organization and the behavior phenomena within the organization are always around our daily lives. This course mainly introduces the relevant theories and contents of "organization behavior". This course will be conducted systematically from two levels of individual and group in the organization to help students understand the phenomena generated by individuals and groups in the organization, such as decisions, awareness, emotions, learning, motivation and decisions on the personal psychological level; changes in the social psychological level, group decision process, conflicts and communication, etc. I hope this course can help students understand the organization you exist, and may also help you better adapt to modern organizational life.
