- 鼓勵學生於互動討論過程中發言,培養意見表達及獨力思考的能力- Introduce important behavioral theories on the phenomena in the job field, help students understand and explain the causes of phenomena
- Understand the level relationship in the organizational situation, including individuals, groups, organizations, and even environmental factors outside the organization
