教育目標 Course Target

不論是面對所必須學習的知識對象,或是個人品格的培養,都認真以待”, 這是西方現代社會的核心價值所在,也是台灣社會與高等教育所必須認真學習之處。 本課程希望學生一方面可以了解貴校優良的創校精神,另一方面藉由了解創校精神而體會服務學習的意涵,進而培養強烈的社會實踐感,學習將個人生命的價值與整體人類生命的價值,藉由服務學習的實踐與了解而整合起來。 課程介紹+得勝者教育協會大專服務介紹 服務學習的概念與理論基礎 服務單位介紹與分組 服務技巧訓練(一)-服務守則+兒少的認識與輔導技巧 服務技巧訓練(二)-服務學習領導力-DISC有效溝通 服務學習的引導與反思(分組) 在服務場域進行服務學習活動 期末成果分享會 Whether it is to face the knowledge objects that must be learned or the cultivation of personal character, we should take it seriously." This is the core value of modern Western society and the place where Taiwan society and higher education must be learned seriously. This course hopes that students can understand the excellent school spirit of the school on the one hand, and on the other hand, by understanding the school spirit, they can serve the meaning of learning, and then cultivate a strong sense of social reality, and integrate the value of personal life with the value of overall human life through the practical and understanding of learning. 課程概述 Course Description

本課程為共同選修課,不屬於通識課程。   東海大學1955年創校時便是一所深具理想性的基督教大學,前勞作教育指導長亨德教授便認為,一所大學必須深切反思其社會責任,而不能只是一所象牙塔,這一直是本校所秉持的創校精神,從未改變,這也是台灣高等教育極為難得可貴的教育經驗與傳統。本校早已是實踐服務學習教育的大學,這套制度已經在本校傳承了五十多年了;透過零學分的正式課程勞作教育協助學生培養日常生活的自律精神,並透過工作營的活動讓學生藉由到農村進行社區服務,透過勞動體驗進而探索自我與認識自我,實踐無私的奉獻精神,以期整合自我與社會──小我與大我的同一,實踐公共性,這就是本校服務學習教育精神所在。
This course is a joint selection course and does not belong to a general course. When Donghai University was founded in 1955, it was an ideal Christian university. Professor Hend, former head of education, believed that a university must deeply reflect on its social responsibility, not just an ivory tower. This has always been the inventive spirit of our school and has never been changed. This is also the extremely rare educational experience and tradition of Taiwan's higher education. Our school has long been a university that practices service education. This system has been passed down in our school for more than 50 years. Through formal courses with zero points, education helps students cultivate the self-discipline of daily life, and through work-based activities, students can provide community services in rural areas, explore themselves and recognize themselves through physical experience, and realize selfless dedication, in order to integrate themselves with society - the sameness of the ego and the big self, and realize publicity. This is the spirit of service learning education in our school.
