教育目標 Course Target

管理是指集結群體的力量,有效的整合各種資源,進而創造更大的價值。其探討如何利用科學的方法,例如,數理邏輯來規劃、控管活動流程,以達成資源使用的效率(強調資源使用率)與效果(強調目標達成率)。本課程包含管理的四大功能: 規劃、組織、控制與領導。除此之外,其應用層面甚廣,應用於個人,稱為自我管理;應用於團體,稱為社群管理;應用於組織,則稱之為企業管理。透過管理學的學習,期待同學能運用於自我管理(例如: 時間、資源分配)、群體管理(例如: 社會網絡),或作為進入職場後,了解企業管理者如何讓企業有效運作(即企業管理)之基礎。Management refers to gathering the strength of groups to effectively integrate various resources to create greater value. It explores how to use scientific methods, such as mathematical logic, to plan and control activity processes to achieve resource usage efficiency (emphasis on resource utilization rate) and effectiveness (emphasis on goal achievement rate). This course covers the four major functions of management: planning, organizing, controlling and leading. In addition, its application level is very wide. When applied to individuals, it is called self-management; when applied to groups, it is called community management; when applied to organizations, it is called enterprise management. Through the study of management, students are expected to be able to apply it to self-management (e.g., allocation of time and resources), group management (e.g., social network), or after entering the workplace, understand how business managers make businesses operate effectively (i.e. business management ) basis.


課程概述 Course Description

本課程是針對未來有意從事管理工作的專業人才所開設的一門基礎管理學科,課程內容以理論與實務並重,使得學生除了對於企業組織的運作產生瞭解之外,也藉由課後資料的蒐集與報告的製作,訓練學生未來參與管理工作時所需的團隊合作精神與組織資訊的邏輯能力。
This course is a basic management subject for professionals who intend to engage in management work in the future. The course content pays equal attention to theory and practice, so that students can not only gain an understanding of the operation of corporate organizations, but also collect and collect information after class. The production of reports trains students in the teamwork spirit and logical ability to organize information that will be required when participating in management work in the future.
