教育目標 Course Target

本課程目的在介紹管理的各項功能,包括規劃、組織、領導和控制等及其在實務上之運用。除奠定會計系大一新生的管理學基礎外,將有助於日後進階管理課程及管理會計、策略成本管理等課程之學習。課程主要內容涵蓋: 1.管理的基本概念 2.管理思潮的演進 3.企業環境與組織文化 4.企業倫理與社會責任 5.策略規劃 6.管理者的決策模式 7.組織設計 8.人力資源管理 9.組織變革與創新管理 10.領導 11.激勵 12.溝通與衝突管理 13.群體與團隊 14.管理控制The purpose of this course is to introduce the various functions of management, including planning, organization, leadership and control, and their application in practice. In addition to laying the foundation of management for freshmen in the accounting department, it will also help them study advanced management courses, managerial accounting, strategic cost management and other courses in the future. 課程概述 Course Description

本課程是針對未來有意從事管理工作的專業人才所開設的一門基礎管理學科,課程內容以理論與實務並重,使得學生除了對於企業組織的運作產生瞭解之外,也藉由課後資料的蒐集與報告的製作,訓練學生未來參與管理工作時所需的團隊合作精神與組織資訊的邏輯能力。
This course is a basic management subject for professionals who intend to engage in management work in the future. The course content pays equal attention to theory and practice, so that students can not only gain an understanding of the operation of corporate organizations, but also collect and collect information after class. The production of reports trains students in the teamwork spirit and logical ability to organize information that will be required when participating in management work in the future.
