教育目標 Course Target

介紹化學定量分析的原理與應用,配合實驗使學生熟悉化學分析基本操作流程,以具備未來解決食品分析問題的能力。This course introduces the principles and applications of chemical quantitative analysis, and cooperates with experiments to familiarize students with the basic operating procedures of chemical analysis, so as to have the ability to solve food analysis problems in the future.


課程概述 Course Description

介紹各種傳統的定量分析方法及理論,並輔以化學平衡計算實例。
Various traditional quantitative analysis methods and theories are introduced, supplemented by chemical equilibrium calculation examples.
