教育目標 Course Target
介紹化學定量分析的原理與應用，配合實驗使學生熟悉化學分析基本操作流程，以具備未來解決食品分析問題的能力。
Introduce the principles and applications of quantitative chemical analysis, and cooperate with practical experiments to familiarize students with the basic operating procedures of chemical analysis to have the ability to solve food analysis problems in the future.

介紹各種傳統的定量分析方法及理論，並輔以化學平衡計算實例。
Introduce various traditional quantitative analysis methods and theories, and use chemical equilibrium calculation examples.
